Return & Exchange Policy

At Velorea, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only. Returns or refunds are not accepted.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


📩 How to Request an Exchange

Please share:

  • Order number

  • Clear pictures of the item

  • Reason for exchange

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Shipping Cost for Exchange

  • Customer will bear the shipping cost when sending the item back to us

  • Once the exchange is approved, Velorea will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to the customer


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • Or the wrong item

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video so we can resolve the issue.


❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

  • Items without original tags or packaging


⏳ Exchange Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days, subject to product availability.
