Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚚 Shipping Cost for Exchange

Customer will bear the shipping cost when sending the item back to us

Once the exchange is approved, Velorea will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to the customer
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery.
If you receive:

A defective product

Or the wrong item
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video so we can resolve the issue.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

⏳ Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days, subject to product availability.
